I GOT THIS Championship
For Qualified Athletes
We believe every athlete should be afforded the opportunity to experience competition. The I GOT THIS Championship is our flagship tournament showcasing Athletes with intellectual impairment. Participants must be Special Olympics athletes or athletes qualifying in accordance with USAGA Sport Class G15, intellectual disability. Open to athletes from around the country. Space is limited and early registration is encouraged.

2025 I GOT THIS Championship
The 2025 TAIL I GOT THIS Championship marked its third successful year, welcoming 41 talented players from across the United States and Canada. This year was particularly special as it debuted as a certified USGA WR4GD event, played for the first time on a regulation course.
On Friday, players enhanced their skills at the Cleveland Short Game Clinic presented by XXIO.

2024 I GOT THIS Championship
The 2024 I GOT THIS Championship presented by Grant Thornton welcomed thirty-two athletes from eleven states in a two-day tournament with 18-holes of independent play each day.
Athletes were invited to participate in a short game clinic prior to the first ay of the tournament. Lead I GOT THIS instructor Matt Acuff was joined by LPGA teaching professionals Peggy Gustafson, Peggy Briggs and Loretta Young.

2023 I GOT THIS Championship
2023 was the inaugural year for the I GOT THIS Championship and it took place at Augusta Ranch Golf Club in Mesa, AZ.
Participation was by invitation which resulted in twenty-five Athletes who played a single day of 18-hole independent play with caddies.
Sponsors of the 2023 event included: the LPGA, Van's Golf Shop, LPGA*USGA Girls Golf of Phoenix, Visit Mesa, and The Thunderbirds.
